The Côtes du Rhône Villages

Total growing surface AOC: approximately 34 hectares (or 85 acres),

The soils consists of Marly Clay, very rocky, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre
Fermented in cement temperature regulated vats using a heat exchanger

Color : Purple with red tile highlights
Nose : A complex mix of mineral, spice and chocolate.
Palate: Complex structure with beautifully smooth tannins, finishing on ripe fruit sensations.

Serve at 16°-18°. This wine can be cellared several years or served immediately.

Pair with meat dishes, country stews, game or cheese.

Different vintages of this wine are available in various formats at our cellar door and in our Boutique.

The dominant grenache grape, blended with syrah and mourvedre, brings its characteristic aromas of red fruit (rasberry, cherry) and spice, its supple, mellow tannins.
