 Côtes du Rhône Villages – Cuvée Emile Borie

Total growing surface AOC : approximately 34 hectares (or 85 acres),

The soils consists of Marly Clay, very rocky, planted with Syrah.
Fermented in cement temperature regulated vats using a heat exchanger.

Color : purple
Nose : Concentrated aromas of red current and blackberries followed by aromas reminiscent of black olives.
Palate : The mouth is dense with rich tannins.
Serve at 16°-18°.
A powerful wine which should be left to age 2/3 years for it to reach maximum maturity.
Pair with meat dishes, hearty stews, game and cheese.
