The best thing that may occur to a wine is to form a perfect combination with a food preparation.
We shall animate this column with our customers and friends that are the restaurant owners.

It is in September that we introduced Chateau La Borie to the readers of the weekly magazine RUSTICA which concerns mostly the garden.

 In the same publishing group there is another publication Cooking and Terroir who proposes you a soup of cherries and  spices prepared with Cotes du Rhone, the last vintage of Chateau La Borie would be perfect.

Our first link will be with the newspaper ELLE that is 'the' professional of the index cards recipes.
