2000 The
dark redcolor promises aromas of red fruits which are confirmed
in the bouquet. The whole is well balanced and supple tannins
makes this wine refreshing and easy to drink. Very pleasant
freshly drunk it will accommodate with most of the current
main dishes. Globally a teenager full of promise.
1999 The
color is dark red nearly black. In the bouquet the candied
black cherry dominates with a spicy touch underlying. In the
palate the well-balanced and silky tannins confers an
harmonious general feeling. Although the expression of each
characteristic is subtle the whole is typical. This wine can
be served with most of the common main dishes but also with a
little more sophisticatedmeat dishes. No more a teenager but a dashing young man
becoming mature.
