now ten years Thierry Spadoni leads the team of 5
permanent co-workers. Some of them are with us since 25 years
or more.
Wine
University of Suze La Rousse supplies education for
all of us.
The
property has at its disposal the equipment necessary to apply
any treatment on the whole vineyard on a one day time basis.
These allows us to be very reactive.
For the same reason we decided long ago to harvest the grapes
with a machine. It was more efficient to decide the right time
to do it and then harvest fast.
Many
buildings exist for various usage. Most of the workers have
their home on the property.
