Once the industrial epic ended, then began the diversification in very varied domains. Indeed in 1975, the following generation had between 20 and 35 years.

During a time the family invested  massively in the vineyards in Corsica. It will give place among others to the creation of a magnificent domain, Tizzano's. This position could not be maintained and has been abandoned at the beginning of the 80s. The new activities were as varied as the fine and industrial chemistry, elaboration of sparkling wines, accounting expertise, data processing and telecommunications, real-estate, security services ... . The change of generation was given concrete expression in 1978. In this date the Chateau La Borie became the property of the family Emile Bories, and the family Jacques Margnat and his children: Marie - Caroline, Eric, Jerome. To date (2001) Jerome and Eric are the main actors and the only shareholders.
