It is in 1963 that the two families (Bories and Margnat) discovered the Chateau La BORIE. As far back as 1964 Emile Bories will get close to a Spanish team coming from a small village of the very bottom of Spain. This same team will stay on the estate during dozens years sons replacing the fathers. For them he reconditioned flats available on the estate, with sanitary facilities and conveniences. Each had the right to the wine as to take advantage of dessert grapes.

There are many of those that thanks to Emile's intervention with banks were able to get into debt to acquire a flat or house in the region and settle down there and enjoy their pension. For Emile it was a big satisfaction to see them staying. And it is in this estate that Emile will stay the remainder of his days. For long time one will see on every plot of land the  work accomplished by Emile Bories.
