Big works

Planterolle, the plot of land partially low will require 3 years of work to break the rocks, to reshape land and to install drains before plantation of vines be possible.

For Emile the serious adventure began on the other side of the road. He finds there a plot of land of 20 acres having resisted to all his predecessors. Emile takes "carrots" and he notices that the ground consists of 40cm of earth, then a paving stone of 40cm of and again earth.

Emile makes push away the first layer of earth by excavators, and the stone will not resist to explosives. Then the courage of the Spanish team, which will accompany the estate from the debuts of the reconstruction, will do the rest.

They will load these stones in trailers, immediately poured partially in small ravine (increasing the surface of the plot of land) and  will cross the road to fill drains still opened on Planterolle. Emile Bories had this great ingenuity for the useful movements. And everywhere where he has been he gained widespread acceptance.
